Dayton, OH - The Dayton Bombers announced today that forward Marty Doyle has signed a contract for the 2008-09 season, head coach Bill McDonald said. As per club policy, terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Doyle, a 6-foot-1-inch, 215-pound enforcer from King City, Ontario, compiled 245 penalty minutes in 54 games during the 2006-07 season, split between the Austin Ice Bats and Arizona Sundogs of the Central Hockey League.

Playing under current Bombers head coach Bill McDonald in Austin, Doyle totaled a combined 10 points (4g,6a) during his rookie season.

"I'm excited to get to Dayton and play for Bill again," Doyle said. "I'm ready to play how he wants me to play and do my job."
