Bombers/Nutter Center to Host Dayton Jr. A Gems Before March 16 Tilt

The Dayton Bombers have announced that they have reached an agreement with the Dayton Jr. A Gems for them to play a game at the Ervin J. Nutter Center prior to the Bombers' home game on March 16 versus Cincinnati (6:00 p.m.).
The Dayton Jr. A Gems, who feature several local players, will be competing against the Toledo IceDiggers Jr. A Team in a game that will begin at 2:30 p..m. "This game represents a great showcase for local amateur hockey in Dayton," said Bombers General Manager/Alternate Governor Ed Gingher. From the amateur to professional hockey levels, the sport of hockey is growing tremendously in the state of Ohio, as evidenced by Governor Taft recently proclaiming March 1-8 "Hockey Week" across the state.
The Bombers will be giving away a Team Poster at the Kids Club Sunday game March 16. There will also be a full team autograph session after the Bombers' game (6:00 p.m.) against the Cyclones. Unused tickets from the February 16 "Snow" Game vs. Lexington can be used at this game.
