Blizzard Releases 2005 Schedule

Green Bay Blizzard News Release

The 2005 af2 regular season schedule has been released by the league office in Chicago. The Green Bay Blizzard will open their season at home for the first time in franchise history against new division rival Albany ConQuest. The Blizzard will also play two two-game home stands, one in May and one in June, and then end their season playing four of their last six games on the road.

Last week the af2 released newly realigned conferences and divisions, which found the Blizzard moving to the American Conference East Division from the Midwest Division. The Blizzard joins the Albany ConQuest, Louisville Fire, Manchester Wolves and Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Pioneers, with each team playing home-and-away series with the other teams in the division.
