Blazers Sign Isa Guram and Andrew Thomson

Kamloops, BC - The Kamloops Blazers have signed 2007-born defenseman Isa Guram and 2007-born forward Andrew Thomson. Guram and Thomson were both selected by the Blazers in the 2022 WHL Prospects Draft.

Guram is from Burnaby, BC and played the 2021-22 season with the Delta Green U15 Prep team and had seven goals, 20 assists and 27 points in 28 games. He will play the 2022-2023 season with Delta.

Thomson is from Sherwood Park, AB and played the 2021-22 season with OHA Edmonton U15 Prep team and had 17 goals, 35 assists and 52 points in 28 games. Thomson will play the 2022-2023 season with the Northern Alberta Xtreme program.

Guram and Thomson will make their WHL preseason debut with the Blazers on Friday, September 9th against the Kelowna Rockets.

The Blazers have now signed three players from the 2022 WHL Prospects Draft. Guram and Thomson join first round pick Nathan Behm as signed players from the draft class.
