Blades Top Raiders in Prince Albert for Fourth Time this Season

Prince Albert, SK - The Saskatoon Blades have defeated the East Division leading Prince Albert Raiders for the fourth time this season.

The 3-2 Friday night win, the third win in a row against the Raiders for the Blades, came off the back of a classic 32 save Nolan Maier performance.

Riley McKay's 2nd of the night stood as the game winning goal late in the third period, as he surpassed his career high in goals scored.

Rookie Colton Dach tied the game up 2-2 late in the second period with his second goal of the campaign following McKay's first of the night which levelled the score 1-1 earlier in the period.

The Blades & Raiders will be right back at it immediately on Saturday night, December 28th, at SaskTel Centre. Puck drop for their sixth meeting of the season is at 7pm. The Blades currently hold a 4-1-0-0 series lead over their Northern rivals.
