Blades and Raiders Kick Off WHL Exhibition Schedule

Saskatoon Blades News Release
The Saskatoon Blades and the Prince Albert Raiders kick off the WHL Exhibition Season tonight at 7:00 pm at the Art Hauser Centre in Prince Albert.
Sixteen rookies will be in the Blades lineup tonight, including both goaltenders Chris Sharkey (Edmonton, AB) and Tyler Oswald (Sanford, MB).
The Blades began training camp last Wednesday, August 19th and have been going through the paces in the town of Aberdeen since.
Following tonight's matchup the Blades and Raiders will do battle again Saturday, August 29th at 7:00 pm at the Aberdeen Recreation Complex. The Blades regular season will kick off with the banner raising ceremony night on Friday, September 18th vs the Regina Pats at 7:05 pm.
