
Blazers sign Trombley

Kamloops, BC - The Kamloops Blazers General Manager Craig Bonner is proud to announce the third signing since the beginning of training camp. The team has signed fifteen year old Troy Trombley of Sherwood Park, Alberta to a standard WHL contract. Trombley, a goaltender, was drafted by the hockey club in the 3rd round of the 2009 Bantam draft.
Trombley played Bantam AAA in Camrose last season; this year, he plans to play Midget AAA in the Edmonton area.
The Blazers have now signed their first three draft picks from the 2009 Bantam draft, including Brady Gaudet (1st round) and Logan McVeigh (2nd round).
