Black Jerseys to be Auctioned Off Saturday Night

WHEELING, WV - The Wheeling Nailers, the "AA" affiliate of the Pittsburgh Penguins and the Philadelphia Flyers, have announced that the team's black jerseys will be auctioned off following their game on Saturday night with the Reading Royals.

All jerseys will be available and the live bidding will begin at $150. The game starts at 7:35pm and the first 2,500 fans will be given a mini-bobblehead of Nailers captain Sean Collins.

The Nailers Power Hour returns to the airwaves tonight at 6:00pm on the Mix 97.3FM. Coach Greg Puhalski and goaltender Curtis Darling will join Brendan Burke at Generations Pub. Wheeling will begin a six-game homestand against the Elmira Jackals on Friday night at 7:35pm. The first 2,500 fans will receive a Wheeling Nailers t-shirt. After the game, fans are invited to be in the stands for the team photo that will be made into a poster and distributed at the game on Sunday evening.
