Buffalo Bisons News Release
TODAY'S GAME: This afternoon, the Buffalo Bisons take on the Indianapolis Indians in the third game of a four-game series from Victory Field (2:00 p.m.). The Herd is looking to bounce back from a pair of losses to Indy to start this final series between the teams in 2007. The Bisons will have a bullpen day on the mound as scheduled starter, LHP Rafael Perez, was recalled to Cleveland on Monday. The Indians will counter with LHP Sean Burnett.
THE FRANCHISE: Outfielder Ben Francisco is now the International League's top hitter. He went 3-4 last night to raise his season average to .352. His 58 hits are fifth in the International League.
