Today's Game
Tonight the Bisons host the Toledo Mud Hens in the third game of a four-game series at Coca-Cola Field (5:05 p.m.). The Herd is 3-2 on its current homestand, splitting a pair of games with the Mud Hens thus far. After Sunday's finale, the Bisons leave for a seven-game road swing to Columbus and Toledo.

The Bisons are 1-1 against the Mud Hens this year. These teams have split their four-game series in Buffalo in seven of the last nine years. The Bisons have not won a season series against the Hens since 2008.
Andrew Albers
LHP ANDREW ALBERS makes his seventh start with the Bisons this season. The southpaw allowed just an unearned run in a season-high seven innings of work last Sunday in Norfolk. However, Albers took the loss in a 1-0 Tides' win. Albers' has the 6th-best ERA in the league (2.29), but is 1-5 as the Bisons have scored just six total runs in his six starts this season.
Roster Move
INF LUKE SCOTT has been activated today. The slugger hit .292 with seven homers in 28 games with Pericos de Puebla of the Mexican League this season. A veteran of 889 Major League games, Scott has 135 career big league home runs, including 27 for the Orioles in 2010.
Ryan Schimpf
Last night, INF RYAN SCHIMPF became the first Bisons batter to hit two home runs in a game this season. Each homer came on the first pitch of his first and third at-bats. Schimpf now has 97 home runs over his seven-year minor league career.
Pitching Staff
The Bisons continue to lead the International League with a 2.46 team ERA. The ERA is a quarter-point lower than the next closest team (2.71 -Norfolk). The staff has walked the fewest batters (95) in the IL and has allowed just 12 home runs (2nd fewest in league).
Bisons Bits
OF BRAD GLENN is eight for his last 18 at the plate, good for a .444 average since May 11. He has five RBI in his last five games...INF MATT HAGUE has 20 hits in his last 16 games (.313 average).
Blue Jays Update
The Blue Jays (17-20) lost 8-4 to the Astros on Friday, their third straight defeat. Former Bison Chris Colabello had two more hits and two RBI and has averaged .474 in his first 10 games with Toronto. The Blue Jays are in Houston again tonight with a 6:10 p.m. first pitch.
