The Bisons bring a six-game win streak into tonight's game, during which they have allowed just seven runs.

vs. the PawSox

The Bisons are 2-1 against Pawtucket, thanks to a doubleheader sweep of the PawSox last Wednesday at Coca-Cola Field. The Herd was just 6-10 against Pawtucket last year. The Bisons haven't won a road series against the PawSox since July 12-15, 2012 when they won three of four.

Andrew Albers

LHP ANDREW ALBERS makes his third start of the year tonight. The southpaw shutdown the PawSox last Wednesday, with six innings of four-hit baseball in Buffalo's 2-0 win in game two of the twinbill. In that game, Albers did not allow a PawSox runner to reach third base.

Rally Herd

The Bisons won 5-4 yesterday despite trailing 4-1 with two outs and no one on base in the ninth. INF MATT HAGUE and INF CHRIS COLABELLO had RBI-singles before C SEAN OCHINKO lined a walk-off two-run double. The victory was the Bisons first when trailing in the ninth since an 11-4 win in 10 innings on July 21, 2014 at Lehigh Valley (trailed 4-3 in the ninth -only such win in 2014).

Matt Hague

INF MATT HAGUE has driven in seven runs in his last six games and has three multi-hit efforts over that same span since April 13. With four walks to only one strikeout in 30 at-bats, Hague has posted a .933 OPS to start the season. He leads the Bisons with his .300 average.

Roster Move

On Sunday, the Blue Jays selected the contract of LHP JEFF FANCIS from the Bisons and optioned LHP COLT HYNES. Hynes was 0-1 with a 1.04 ERA in seven outings for the Bisons last season after Toronto claimed him off waivers from the Dodgers on August 13.

Bisons Bits

INF CHRIS COLABELLO is tied for 2nd in the IL with nine runs scored. He's scored in his last seven games for Buffalo...In their first 10 games, Bisons starters have yielded one or fewer runs eight times.

Blue Jays Update

The Blue Jays (6-7) fell to the Braves 5-2 on Sunday. Recently promoted LHP Jeff Francis threw 3.1 shutout innings in relief. C Russell Martin had a two-run double for Toronto. The Blue Jays are off tonight before opening a three-game series with Baltimore at Rogers Centre Tuesday.
