
Bigras Named Player of the Week

Attack rearguard Chris Bigras has been named the teams Becker Shoes Player of the Week for the second straight week.
The Elmvale native continued his hot stretch last week by tallying six assists in a four game span, including a 4 assist performance on New Years Day against the Kitchener Rangers. The Colorado prospect was named the OHL's Defenceman of the Month for December and has put together an impressive stretch of 19 points in his last nine games, with a +5 rating.
Bigras currently sits with 124 career points, 18 back of Bobby Sanguinetti who holds the record for most points by an Owen Sound defenceman.
Bigras and his Attack teammates are back in action tonight when they host the Peterborough Petes, followed by back to back home games this Friday and Saturday against the Sarnia Sting and Belleville Bulls.
