
Bergman Wins Pitcher of Month Award

Albuquerque Isotopes pitcher Seean Bergman has been named the Pacific Coast League Topps' Pitcher of the Month for July, the second Isotope to win a league honor.
Bergman completed July with a perfect 5-0 record and 1.96 ERA, helping vault the Isotopes to first place in the Central Division. In 36.2 innings, Bergman allowed 35 hits and just five walks while striking out 22 batters. Bergman has rebounded from a 1-9 start to compile an 8-10 record through a team-high 26 starts.
Bergman joins Rob Stratton as the only Isotopes to win league honors this season. Stratton won PCL player of the week honors from May 12-18.
