
Burke named to Post-Season All Star Team

ROUND ROCK, Texas â Round Rock Express second baseman Chris Burke has been named a 2003 Texas League Post-Season All Star as the utility player.
Burke currently leads the Texas League in batting average (.306) and hits (156) and hasn't seen his average fall below .300 since April 12, the tenth game of the season.
He's had hitting streaks of 15, 12 and ten games while providing a disruptive force at the top of the Express lineup and leads the team in eight offensive categories.
Burke becomes the 17th Post-Season All Star in Round Rock's four-year history.
