Laurent Brossoit stopped all 27 shots he faced and Andrew Miller had a goal and an assist as the Oklahoma City Barons blanked the Iowa Wild 3-0 Friday night at the Cox Convention Center.
Brossoit recorded his fourth shutout of the season, and second consecutive win via shutout, to improve to 24-22-4. His last win was a 5-0 blanking of Chicago on April 11.
With the win, Oklahoma City won its first game at the Cox Convention Center in seven tries dating back to a 6-1 win over Charlotte on March 15.

Laurent Brossoit stopped all 27 shots he faced and Andrew Miller had a goal and an assist as the Oklahoma City Barons blanked the Iowa Wild 3-0 Friday night at the Cox Convention Center.
Brossoit recorded his fourth shutout of the season, and second consecutive win via shutout, to improve to 24-22-4. His last win was a 5-0 blanking of Chicago on April 11.
With the win, Oklahoma City won its first game at the Cox Convention Center in seven tries dating back to a 6-1 win over Charlotte on March 15.
Oklahoma City's Joey LaLeggia netted the first goal of his professional career to give the Barons a 1-0 lead at 9:33 of the first period, when he walked into the left circle and snapped a wrist shot over the blocker of Wild goalie John Curry.
At 12:27 of the second period, a partial breakaway my Andrew Miller gave the Barons a 2-0 lead when, after his initial shot was blocked by Iowa goalie John Curry, Miller muscled the puck past the Wild net minder for his team-leading 27th goal of the season.
David Musil added a goal at the 5:32 mark of the third period to extend Oklahoma City's lead to 3-0.
The teams meet again in a 7 p.m. start Saturday, April 18 at the Cox Convention Center for what will be the final game of the 2014-15 regular season.
The Barons' opening Calder Cup Playoffs series begins with a pair of 7 p.m. starts at the Cox Convention Center on Thursday, April 23 and Saturday, April 25 against a yet-to-be-determined opponent.
