Bears Inch Closer to First Place with 4-2 Win over Bridgeport

Shane Willis scored two third period goals to lead the BEARS to a 4-2 victory over the Bridgeport Sound Tigers at GIANT Center. HERSHEY now trails the Sound Tigers by just three points in the East Division standings. Willis scored a short-handed goal at 13:10 of the third period and added an empty net goal at 19:58. Peter Budaj won his 13th game of the season, making 24 saves. Sheldon Keefe and Pascal Trepanier each scored single goals in the winning effort.
The BEARS will face-off with the Cleveland Barons at GIANT Center Sunday. Game time is 5:00 p.m.
