The HERSHEY Bears began a four game in five day stretch by losing to Wilkes Barre/Scranton 3-2 at First Union Arena in Wilkes Barre, PA. Eric Meloche scored the game winner in the second period for the Penguins, while Peter Budaj absorbed the loss for the Bears.
The Bears are now winless in five straight, and will try to get back to their winning ways Wednesday at home against Wilkes Barre/Scranton. Face-off at GIANT Center for Phil Sauve Bobblehead night is set for 7:30. Sauve is expected to start in goal on Wednesday. Tickets are still available.
