Traverse City Beach Bums News Release
TRAVERSE CITY, MI - Looking for something to do this weekend? Come visit Wuerfel Park and get your first glimpse of the 2012 Traverse City Beach Bums! The Beach Bums will be taking on one of the newest teams in the league, the London Rippers, in an exhibition game starting at Noon.
"The players are anxious to compete against outside competition," said Beach Bums manager Gregg Langbehn. "This will also give us an opportunity to evaluate our roster in a different setting rather than the usual controlled game environment."
All Concessions will be open, as well as the Cafe and Microbrew Pub. Test your luck at the Prize Wheel or see how good your arm is at the Speed Pitch. Tickets are only $1.00 so bring the whole family!
