Baysox Host Final Kids Club Event

BOWIE, Md. - The Bowie Baysox will host the final Louie's Kids Club exclusive event of the season on Sunday, Aug. 23, as the team takes on the Altoona Curve at 6:05 p.m. The party features free rides in Louie's Kids Park, a one-hour buffet for members and their parents and the opportunity to hang out with Baysox players.

Gates will open for members at 3:30 p.m. and the kids park will be open for FREE until 5 p.m. Participants will be meet at least two Baysox players and can enjoy a one-hour buffet featuring hotdogs, chicken nuggets, soft drinks and ice cream.

"It's been an exciting summer to be a Louie's Kids Club member," said Dana DeFilippo, Baysox community programs manager. "With the Kids Capital Spring Fling in April, Sundae Sunday in May, Superhero Night in June and Louie's Birthday in July, Louie's Kids Club members have had a huge event to look forward to each month."

Louie's Kids Club is FREE and easy to join! Fans ages 12 and under can sign up at any Baysox home game, or at www.baysox.com. The Baysox host a special event for Kids Club members each month of the season and Kids Club members will receive a FREE gift for attending a game.
