Oklahoma City Barons News Release

SAN ANTONIO - Bobby Butler scored two goals and Garrett Wilson had three assists for the San Antonio Rampage who defeated the Oklahoma City Barons 3-1 Sunday at the AT&T Center.

Butler's first goal came on the Rampage's first shot when Wilson took possession near the right corner of the Oklahoma City zone and sent a centering pass to Butler who beat Barons goalie Laurent Brossoit for a 1-0 lead just 57 seconds into the game.

Butler added an empty-netter at 17:44 of the third period that was also assisted by Wilson.

Steven Kampfer gave the Rampage a 2-0 lead at 7:50 of the second period, scoring on the power play with Oklahoma City's Martin Gernat serving a cross-checking penalty assessed at 7:08.

After Butler's empty-netter put San Antonio ahead by a score of 3-0, Ryan Hamilton got the Barons on the scoreboard at 19:43 of the third period with the Barons holding a 6-on-4 advantage due to a delay of game penalty to the Rampage's Mackenzie Weegar at 18:29 and the pulling of Brossoit in favor of an extra attacker in the game's final minute.

The Barons are back in action in an 11 a.m. start on Tuesday, Nov. 11, when they face the Rampage at the Cox Convention Center.
