LANCASTER, Pa.-Calling all ladies! Round up your girlfriends, and join the Lancaster Barnstormers to celebrate the power of a healthy woman with Ladies Night on Thursday, September 8, presented by Lancaster General Health and Smart Health for Women.
The first 100 ladies through the gates will be invited to an exclusive reception in the luxurious Wheatland Suite, with a cooking demonstration from the Executive Chef of Yankee Stadium. The first 1,500 ladies through the gates will take home Barnstormers tote bags, courtesy of Smart Health for Women.
Browse the concourse during the game to explore makeup, jewelry and clothing from local vendors, and enter to win fantastic door prizes! You can even indulge in a manicure or massage. Enjoy between-inning fashion shows, and-if you're feeling daring-try Zumba. Also, be sure to visit the photo booth for your Ladies Night memento!
Smart Health for Women will also offer bone density tests to screen for osteoporosis and hands-on demonstrations. Don't forget to select healthy concession items for a discount!
The fun doesn't end when the game is over. Participate in the post-game diamond dig, when a beautiful pendant from Ream Jewelers will be hidden in the infield! Register upon your arrival at the stadium to take part in this frenzy to uncover "a girl's best friend."
"We have a full slate of great activities planned for Ladies Night, from the reception to the fashion show to the photo booth," said Assistant General Manager Kristen Simon. "It promises to be a fun event, and the diamond dig will certainly be the perfect finale to the night!"
