Andrew Sweetland and Corey Locke would also add goals, while Andre Benoit and Roman Wick each tallied a pair of assists. Mike Angelidis, Mark Barberio, Johan Harju, Levi Nelson and Marc-Antoine Pouliot each scored for Binghamton. In turn, Roman Wick would tally the only Binghamton goal in the match, which was assisted by Mike Hoffman and Robin Lehner. Wednesday's game marked Lehner's return to goal for the B-Sens. The rookie netminder's last start was Feb. 13 at Adirondack. Lehner stopped 28 shots and fell to 7-7-2 on the season.
Friday, March 11: Binghamton 3, Norfolk 8
Shots: Binghamton 17, Norfolk 41
PP: Binghamton 1 for 3, Norfolk 2 for 5
Friday night the B-Sens were only able to muster 17 shots on goal as they were trounced 8-3 by the Admirals. Cody Bass earned his third goal of the season in his first game back since suffering a lower body injury in Hershey on Feb. 12. Jim O'Brien and Kaspars Daugavins would also score for the B-Sens, while defenseman Geoff Kinrade earned credit for a pair of helpers. James Wright led the offense for the Admirals scoring a hat trick and adding an assist to take four points away from the game. Barry Brust earned the nod in goal for the B-Sens, but was chased from the net in the third period after allowing six goals on 35 shots. Mike Brodeur took over goaltending duties allowing a pair of goals on six shots.
Saturday, March 12: Binghamton 3, Charlotte 1
Shots: Binghamton 27, Charlotte 32
PP: Binghamton 0 for 2, Charlotte 1 for 6
The B-Sens ended the southern swing of their road trip on a high note, defeating Charlotte Saturday night and sending over 10,000 rowdy Checkers fans home disappointed. Jon Matsumoto opened the scoring, putting the Checkers on the board just 3:02 into the first period of play. Charlotte failed to muster any more offense as the B-Sens went on to score three unanswered goals and fight of a six-on-three advantage for the Checkers in the final two minutes of play to hold on for the win. Jason Bailey scored a pair of goals, getting on the board for Binghamton after going scoreless through 28 games this season. Jim O'Brien net what would prove to be the game winning goal at 17:28 of the second period and Cody Bass tallied two assists. Barry Brust tended goal stopping 31 of 32 shots to improve to 25-15-1 on the season.
