LAST GAME: The B-Mets finished off the first half with a 7-2 win over Portland Monday afternoon at Hadlock Field. Gabriel Ynoa allowed a run in seven innings for his sixth win. All nine B-Mets had a hit, including two from Joe

Benson. LJ Mazzilli drove in two runs for the second time as a B-Met. Portland had three pickoffs in the game.

BINGHAMTON STARTER: RHP Michael Fulmer is making his 13th start with Binghamton this season, and the first of his career against Trenton. Fulmer has won his last two starts, allowing an unearned run in seven innings against New Britain his last time out. It'll be his third straight start at home. Fulmer has allowed two total earned runs over his last six starts. The righty has never won three consecutive starts in his four-year career.

TRENTON STARTER: RHP Kyle Haynes is making his 25th appearance and ninth start. It will be his first career appearance against Binghamton. After staring the season in the bullpen, Haynes is now making his ninth start in his last 10 appearances. He has a 4.54 ERA as a starter, compared to 1.88 as a reliever. He has lost his last three decisions, allowing two earned runs in six innings against New Hampshire in his latest outing. Haynes is looking for his first win since June 11th.

WELL RESTED: Binghamton has not lost the first series after the All-Star break since 2002. The B-Mets and Trenton split a four game set to open up the second half last season.

VS. TRENTON: Binghamton is 6-13 in their last 19 games against Trenton, dating back to the middle of the 2013 season. Binghamton is 4-9 against Trenton at NYSEG Stadium during that time.

NEW ERA: The B-Mets have a 1.88 ERA in their first 13 games of July, going 8-5. It's the best ERA in the league for the month. Both Binghamton and Trenton are off to 8-5 starts in July.

STRONG LIKE A BULL(PEN): The B-Mets bullpen has not allowed an earned run in eight games (20 innings). A Binghamton reliever has allowed a run in just two of the B-Mets last 12 games.

POWER UP: Binghamton has hit eight home runs in their last 10 games. They had hit one in their previous seven games. The B-Mets are 30-13 when homering in a game this season.

SERIES OPENERS: The B-Mets are 17-10 in series openers, winning nine of the last 11 and four straight.

BACK-TO-BACK: The B-Mets have won back-to-back series for the first time since winning seven consecutive games, 6/11-6/18. Both stretches included a sweep at Hadlock Field.

J-ROD: Josh Rodriguez has hit safely in six straight games, going 13-for-27 (.481). He has doubled in six straight games for the first time in his career. His previous best was a four game streak with Binghamton in 2012. Rodriguez went 1-for-3 in the EL All-Star game Wednesday night and hasn't gone hitless in a game since July 4th.

RISP STRUGGLES: Trenton is batting .175 (12-for-80) with men in scoring position over their last eight games.

GRAND THEFT: Trenton went 9-for-9 in stolen base attempts in their four-game series against Richmond. Binghamton is 4-for-10 in stolen base attempts in their last 14 games.
