LAST GAME: The B-Mets walked-off against New Britain, 6-5, Sunday afternoon at NYSEG Stadium. It was Binghamton's fourth straight win, and their sixth walk-off of the year. Michael Conforto delivered the game winning hit with a two-out single to center field, his second walk-off hit in nine days. Eudy Pina added his first home run in 11 months, while John Mincone picked up the win in his first career appearance with the B-Mets. Josh Rodriguez entered the game in the seventh inning and went 2-for-2 with two more RBI.
BINGHAMTON STARTER: RHP Rainy Lara is making his 11th start of the year and the third against Portland. He's coming off his first win in four weeks, holding Bowie to one run in seven innings in his last start. He's 3-0 with a 2.59 ERA in six road starts, compared to pitching to a 4.98 ERA in four home starts. Lefties are hitting .328 against Lara this season. He allowed seven runs, five earned, in his first two outings against Portland, lasting a total nine innings. Lara went 0-1 in the two starts, allowing an opposing batting average of .350.
PORTLAND STARTER: RHP Mike Augliera is making his 13th start of the season and the third against Binghamton. The righty is coming off his first no-decision of the year, going 2-9 in his first 11 starts. He allowed four runs in each of his last two starts, surrendering 16 total hits. He's allowed 39 hits and 23 runs in the first two innings of his 12 starts. Opponents are hitting .375 in those two frames. He's 1-1 against Binghamton, allowing 10 hits and seven runs in 3.2 innings at Hadlock Field. In his next start, he held the B-Mets to one run and six hits in five innings at NYSEG Stadium.
STRIKEOUTS: A B-Met has struck out multiple times in each of their last 13 games. A B-Met has had a three strikeout game in five of Binghamton's last 11 games.
STOLEN BASES: These two teams are tied for the fewest stolen bases in the league (28). Portland has four steals in their last 11 games, while Binghamton has attempted just seven steals in their last 19 games. The B-Mets are successful in their last four stolen base attempts.

RBI MACHINE: Josh Rodriguez has driven in multiple runs in five of his last six games. J-Rod has 12 RBI in his last 19 at-bats.
FIRST IMPRESSION: Michael Conforto has reached base in all 14 games played with the B-Mets, recording a base hit in 12 of them. He has notched a base hit in his last five games. Conforto has also drawn 13 walks through his first 14 games, including atleast one in 10. Conforto reached base in his first 12 games with Brooklyn (SS-A) in 2014.
BACK-TO-BACK: Binghamton has now won back-to-back series for the first time since April 27-May 3rd. The B-Mets had previously gone eight series without a victory (0-6-2).
SWEEP: The B-Mets are coming off their first sweep since taking all three in Portland, April 27-29. It was Binghamton's second sweep of an opponent this year.
