LAST TIME OUT: Binghamton scored runs in seven of nine innings and cruised to a 11-2 win over the Erie SeaWolves Tuesday night at Jerry Uht Park, snapping a three-game losing streak. Six B-Mets recorded multi-hit games and Matt Oberste and Stefan Sabol each went yard in the win. Phillip Evans doubled twice and Robert Gsellman earned his first win since 4/15 with six innings of two-run ball. The B-Mets finished the month having gone 9-21 and avoided equaling the franchise record of 22 losses in a month with Tuesday's win.

BINGHAMTON STARTER: The B-Mets turn to RHP Casey Delgado for the middle game of the series. Delgado last threw on Monday at home against Trenton and picked up his second career Double-A win. He struck out five and allowed four hits in six innings of two-run ball during a 6-3 Binghamton win. The Miami, FL native is making his first career start against the SeaWolves.

ERIE STARTER: RHP Cory Riordan makes his team-leading 11th start for the SeaWolves, coming off of a rough outing his last time out. On Monday against Richmond, he surrendered five runs on ten hits over 6.2 innings, matching a season high for both hits and runs allowed. Riordan has faced Binghamton once before this season, he went five innings and allowed only one run on nine hits on 4/23 at NYSEG Stadium. Riordan picked up the win in a 7-2 Erie victory

HIT PARADE: The B-Mets belted 18 hits during Tuesday's 11-2 win over the SeaWolves, matching a season-high. Binghamton had 18 hits in a 13-2 win at Portland on 5/3, with 13 runs also going as a season-high. 11 runs were the third most in a game this year. Binghamton tallied seven extra base hits on Tuesday (5 2B, 2 HR), also equaling a season high set against Erie on 4/14.

CURING WHAT AILS YOU: The B-Mets scored double-digit runs for the third time this season and the first time in 28 games on Tuesday. They did so against an Erie pitching staff with the highest ERA in the league (4.82) and the second highest opponent batting average (.277). Binghamton had averaged 2.4 runs per game over its previous 14.

FINALLY FOUR: Derrik Gibson went 4-for-6 on Tuesday, becoming the first B-Met to record four hits in a game this season. 22 prior times a Binghamton batter had tallied three hits in a game. Gibson also equaled B-Met season-highs with three runs and seven total bases.

BUSTING LOOSE: Stefan Sabol went 3-for-4 with a home run on Tuesday, his second homer and first-career Double-A three-hit game. Sabol had been just two for his last 21 before Tuesday's game.

OPENING STRONG: The B-Mets won their third-straight series opening game on Tuesday and are now 9-7 in series openers. Despite this, Binghamton has lost seven-straight series.

NEXT GAME PREVIEW: The series concludes with am 11:05 AM first pitch on Thursday. RHP Mickey Jannis will start for Binghamton against RHP Myles Jaye for Erie.
