Austin TX (September 9, 2014) The Austin Toros will celebrate their 10th anniversary when the 2014-15 season opens this fall. The Toros will start the season on the road with an in-state matchup at the Rio Grande Valley Vipers on Friday, Nov. 14. Austin tips off its home schedule on Sunday, Nov. 23 against the Santa Cruz Warriors at 3 p.m. The schedule includes 50 regular season games, including 24 home contests at the Cedar Park Center. This year's home schedule includes 19 weekend games, each of which will feature a special promotion.

The Toros will host a variety of events during the season, including the 10th anniversary celebration on opening night, Nov. 23, Spurs Affiliate Night and Schoolhouse Jam in December, Live Fit and Pink Night in January, Black History Month in February, capped off with Faith and Family Night in March.
