
Austin Spurs to Host Pink Night Sponsored by Methodist Healthcare on January 19

AUSTIN, TX - The Austin Spurs, presented by SWBC, will partner with Methodist Healthcare to raise awareness for breast health issues by hosting their annual Pink Night on Saturday, Jan. 19 as Austin takes on the Iowa Wolves at the H-E-B Center at Cedar Park. Tipoff is scheduled for 7 p.m. Fans are encouraged to wear pink attire to the game to support the campaign.
Methodist Healthcare will provide complimentary tickets to the game for survivors and their families. The Silver and Black will also wear special pink-themed jerseys that will be signed and auctioned off at austinspurs.com. Fans will have the opportunity to cast their bids starting Monday, Jan. 14 at noon until 8:30 p.m. on Jan. 19 with all net proceeds benefitting Susan G. Komen Greater Central and East Texas. Fans can text "Spurs" to 52182 to register. In addition, Great Clips will provide complimentary haircuts during the game and will contribute 100 percent of all tips collected to Komen Greater Central and East Texas.
