AUSTIN - The Austin Spurs today announced that they have acquired guard Olin Carter III from the available player pool. In a corresponding roster move, Austin has waived Tommy Khuse.

Carter III, 6-3/190, appeared in 13 games for the Texas Legends this season, averaging 6.8 points, 1.9 rebounds, 1.5 assists in 16.1 minutes. Prior to the Legends, the Allen, Texas native played in 94 games at the University of San Diego where he averaged 11.7 points, 2.8 rebounds and 1.7 assists.

Khuse appeared in 20 games with the Spurs this season, averaging 7.9 points, 2.7 rebounds, 2.7 assists in 18.5 minutes.
