AUSTIN - The Austin Spurs today announced that they have acquired guard Brandon Rachal from the available player pool.
Rachal, 6-6/220, most recently played for the Long Island Nets in the 2021-22 season. In 28 games (26 starts) he averaged 13.5 points, 5.9 rebounds and 1.5 assists in 26.2 minutes. Prior to the Nets, the Natchitoches, La. native finished his college career at the University of Tulsa where in 53 games he averaged 13.4 points and 5.4 rebounds.
Rachal will be available tonight as the Spurs take on the Santa Cruz Warriors at the H-E-B Center at Cedar Park at 7 p.m.
