Austin FC Academy Player Micah Burton Invited to U-17 U.S. Men's National Team Training Camp

Austin, TEXAS - U.S. Soccer announced on Wednesday that Austin FC Academy midfielder Micah Burton has been invited to the upcoming U-17 U.S. Men's National Team training camp, taking place from Nov. 1-8 in Chula Vista, Calif.
"We're very proud of Micah and all the hard work he's put in since joining the Austin FC Academy," said Austin FC Academy General Manager Tyson Wahl. "I'm confident he will represent the Club well, and that he will set an example for other players striving to participate in national team camps in the coming years."
A skillful midfielder with the ability to create space and make dangerous passes to attacking players, Burton joined the Austin FC Academy in July 2020. He is the first Austin FC Academy player to be called in to a U.S. U-17 National Team training camp.
