
Auction Raises Over $4,000

The auction on the game worn and autographed Virginia Tech hats that the Louisville Bats players and front office staff wore last Friday, April 20, ended last night at midnight. The total amount raised for the Hokie Spirit Memorial Fund by the auction was $4312.03. The highest bid was for IF Mark Bellhorn's hat, which went for $510, with RHP Homer Bailey's coming in with the next highest bid at $355. All 60 of the hats received at least one bid.
