Aubin Named December Molson Cup Winner

The St. John's Maple Leafs announced today that goaltender Jean Sebastien Aubin has won the December segment of the Molson Cup Player of the Month Award. Aubin posted a 5-1-0 record, with two shutouts, a 1.48 GAA and a .964 save percentage during December. Aubin received four 1st star and one 2nd star honors for 25 Molson Cup points during the month. Aubin was originally draft with Pittsburgh's 3rd choice, 76th overall in the 1995 NHL Entry Draft. Aubin signed as a free with Toronto November 2004.
The St. John's Maple Leafs next action is tonight when the club faces the Hamilton Bulldogs at Mile One Stadium. Game time is 7:35pm and will be broadcast live on Radio Newfoundland (930AM) and www.sjmapleleafs.ca.
