SIOUX FALLS, S.D., Feb. 2 - Guard Andre Owens set a season-high with 35 points and 11 rebounds as the Anaheim Arsenal cruised to a 110-93 victory over the Sioux Falls Skyforce Friday night at the Sioux Falls Arena.

The Arsenal improves to 13-16 on the year, including 3-1 under new head coach Reggie Geary who took over for the departed Larry Smith. Sioux Falls drops to 15-12 on the year.

"We were able to address some of our weaknesses as of late," Geary said. "The guys just came out with a good focused effort. We just tried to do some of the little things we kind of got away from. We are back to them now and guys are playing well."

Owens got some help from forward Jamaal Thomas who came off the bench to also set a season-high in points. Thomas broke open a close game in the second as he dumped in 17 in the quarter to finish with 29. Tyler Smith added 13 points and nine rebounds.

"[Thomas] was aggressive," Geary said. "We told him he needs to be more aggressive. He's a great shooter and that's the reason we got him here. Tonight he was relaxed and had a good game."

The Arsenal held Sioux Falls to just 16 points in the second to end the half up 57-43. Anaheim was up by as many as 21 as they cruised the second half. Sioux Falls couldn't find their stride as they shot just 45 percent (38-of-83) from the floor. Frank Williams' ejection late in the third quarter didn't help their cause.

Forward Stephen Graham led the Skyforce with 20 points, while center Jared Reiner added a double-double with 17 points and 10 rebounds. Damone Brown contributed 15 points and Antywane Robinson had 10.

Sioux Falls gets a chance to even the series as the teams face off again tomorrow night at 7 p.m. at the Sioux Falls Arena.
