Arms Carry Chihuahuas past Sacramento 3-0

El Paso's pitching staff held Sacramento to only four hits for the second straight night in the Chihuahuas' 3-0 win Friday at Raley Field. It was the sixth shutout win of the year for the Chihuahuas.

San Diego Padres catcher Austin Hedges went 2-for-3 with two RBIs and caught two River Cats trying to steal in his 7th MLB rehab game with El Paso. Hedges has 11 RBIs in the seven games.

The Chihuahuas have won three straight games, their longest winning streak since late April. El Paso has scored first in all three games of the streak. Luis Perdomo pitched six shutout innings for El Paso and has allowed only one run in his last 12 innings.

The Chihuahuas are now 24-14 on the road and 13-23 at home.
