April Home Games Feature Ticket, Merchandise Deals

(Rochester, NY)... The Rochester Americans have four regular season home games during the month of April and will be offering great ticket and merchandise deals for fans. On Friday, April 18, the Amerks will hold Fan Appreciation Night presented by Tops Friendly Markets during the final regular season home game.

During each April regular season home game, fans can receive a 40% discount on all Amerks and Buffalo Sabres merchandise, including jerseys, at the Amerks Team Store presented by ADPRO Sports. The team store is located in the lower atrium at The Blue Cross Arena.

It will be Donate Life Night on Wednesday, April 2 when the Amerks host the Syracuse Crunch at The Blue Cross Arena. April is Donate Life Month, and the Amerks game will provide an opportunity for the Finger Lakes Donor Recovery Network and several Amerks Alumni to encourage people to enroll in the New York State Donate Life Registry at www.donorrecovery.org to become an organ donor and help save lives. Any fan that signs up to be a donor at Wednesday's game or presents their drivers license to show they are already an organ donor will receive two complimentary tickets to an upcoming Amerks game as well as a special Donate Life foam hockey puck. Fans who are already registered can also purchase tickets to the Donate Life Night game for just $10.

It will be Hockey Night in Rochester on Friday, April 4 (vs. Binghamton Senators) and Friday, April 11 (vs. Toronto Marlies) with $15 "best-available" tickets available both nights at Amerks.com or at The Blue Cross Arena Box Office. Like all Friday nights, the Pregame Happy Hour runs from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the Upper Atrium Bar, where fans 21 and over can enjoy live music and $2 Molson and Coors Light drafts.

Fan Appreciation Night presented by Tops Friendly Markets will be held on Friday, April 18 when the Amerks host the Syracuse Crunch in their final home game of the regular season. As a way of thanking Amerks fans for the tremendous support they have once again shown the team this season, the Amerks will be giving away great prizes on both nights, including the "jerseys off the backs" of the players following game. The 2013-14 team awards will also be presented to the winning players prior to the game. Tickets for the Fan Appreciation game are available for the special price of just $10, courtesy of Tops, at www.amerks.com/tops. More information on Fan Appreciation Night will be announced in the near future.

Zweigle's Family Packs are also available at each remaining Friday night home game. For just $56, families can receive four tickets, four hot dogs and four sodas (a savings of $62 off the regular prices). Fans that purchase a Zweigle's Family Four Pack can also purchase additional tickets beyond the Family Four Pack for $14 apiece that will also include a hot dog and soda.
