
Amerks Will Play Chicago Wolves in First Round of 2014 Calder Cup

(Rochester, NY)... The Rochester Americans will play the Chicago Wolves in the first round of the 2014 Calder Cup Playoffs. The first two games of the best-of-five series will take place in Rochester at The Blue Cross Arena. Game 1 is scheduled for Friday, April 25, while Game 2 is scheduled for Saturday, April 26. Both games will start at 7:05 p.m.
Below is the full schedule for the best-of-five Western Conference Quarterfinal Series between the seventh-seeded Amerks and second-seeded Wolves:
Game 1 - Friday, April 25 - Chicago at Rochester, 7:05 p.m. ET (The Blue Cross Arena)
Game 2 - Saturday, April 26 - Chicago at Rochester, 7:05 p.m. ET (The Blue Cross Arena)
Game 3 - Thursday, May 1 - Rochester at Chicago, 8:00 p.m. ET (Allstate Arena)
*Game 4 - Friday, May 2 - Rochester at Chicago, 8:30 p.m. ET (Allstate Arena)
*Game 5 - Sunday, May 4 - Rochester at Chicago, 4:00 p.m. ET (Allstate Arena)

Individual game ticket prices for Round One are as follows:
100 Level - $23 Pre-sale / $24 Day of Game
200 Premium - $21 Pre-sale / $22 Day of Game
200 Corners - $19 Pre-sale / $20 Day of Game
Upper Ends - $7 -$12 Pre-sale* / $13 Day of game
*The Amerks will be introducing Progressive Ticket Pricing over the next week for all Upper End seats (Upper Balcony -Sections 200,201 and 229; and the 200 Level End Zone - Sections 214, 215, and 216) for the first round. As of Saturday, April 19, all upper end seats were available for just $7 per game. The price per seat will increase $1 per day through Thursday, April 24. At that time, the pre-sale price for those Upper End seats will be $12, while day of game pricing will be $13. Fans are encouraged to purchase early for the best seating availability. The Progressive Pricing Offer is limited to Upper End seating only.
Playoff Strips for Rounds One and Two of potential Amerks postseason series for this year are still available to current Full Season Ticket Holders for $14 per game, or $15 per game for current partial plan holders. Seats in the upper end zone sections are available to any current ticket plan holder for just $10 per game. Playoff strips allow Season Ticket Holders to purchase their same seat location for the entirety of the playoffs. Season Ticket Holders can contact the Amerks Ticket Office at 1-855-GO-AMERKS to take advantage of Playoff Strips by Monday, April 21 at 5 p.m. to reserve their current seat locations.
