Amerks Notes: Rochester (1-8-0-0, 2 points) enters the contest currently riding a three-game skid after dropping a 5-2 decision last night to the Toronto Marlies at The Blue Cross Arena. Fourth-year centerman Drew Larman and rookie right wing Michal Repik notched Rochester's pair of goals as the Amerks fell for the eighth time in their last nine outings. Tanner Glass (2+3), Kenndal McArdle (2+3) and first-year defenseman Jason Garrison (1+4) are locked in a three-way tie for the team lead with five points apiece. Garrison, who recently skated in his National Hockey League debut with the Florida Panthers, remains Rochester's assist leader with four on the season while his five points currently ties him for 19th in the American Hockey League among active defensemen. Left winger Karl Stewart leapfrogged Tanner Glass to become the team's top goal scorer with two goals last weekend to bring his season total to three. Lastly, first-year forward Michael Duco reigns as the current team and league penalty minutes (PIM) leader with 76. McArdle is a close second on the team with 41 PIM, good enough for 12th in the league.

Bulldogs Notes: Hamilton (6-2-1-0, 13 points) comes into tonight the winners of its last two games, with the most recent coming in a 3-2 win over the Lake Erie Monsters last night at Copps Coliseum. The Dogs' offense is currently paced by third-year forward Matt D'Agostini who leads the team in all offensive categories in goals (5), assists (7) and points (12). D'Agostini is presently sixth among top scorers in the AHL, while his five goals and seven assists rank him 18th and 12th in the league, respectively. Hamilton's Marc Denis is among the top goaltenders in the league with a 1.98 goals-against average and a .942 save percentage, ranking him seventh and fifth, respectively. Further, his six wins and two shutouts are top among league netminders. The Bulldogs are currently the top team in the North Division.

Next Game: Rochester will remain at home to host the Manitoba Moose on Friday, November 7th at The Blue Cross Arena. The game will be the third of eight scheduled meetings between the divisional foes this season and will be broadcast live on SportsRadio 1280 WHTK, whtk.com and AHL Live.
