Americans to Host Total Site Services Mental Health Awareness Night

October 31, 2019 - Western Hockey League (WHL)
Tri-City Americans News Release

KENNEWICK, WA - The Tri-City Americans and Total Site Services are teaming up to raise awareness about mental health and suicide prevention at the Americans game this Saturday November, 2nd.

The game against the Vancouver Giants will feature a pre-game check presentation from Total Site Services to #BlessedByKess. The funds will help support #BlessedByKess's ongoing initiatives to support individuals struggling with mental wellness. This includes their CHILL (Coping, Healing, Intuition, Love & Life) program to help high school age children.

#BlessedByKess is currently working on developing a mental wellness app that will track moods, stress, sleep, hydration. All of the these contribute to a person's well being. Providing feedback and useful tips at the time of occurrence will create awareness of one's personal well being and hopefully the ability to self correct. For more information on the organization, follow their Facebook page here.

There will also be a #BlessedByKess table on the concourse and bracelet giveaway from Hilinkski's Hope.

Join us Saturday at the Toyota Center to support this great cause.
