Americans Score 5 Third Period Goals to Complete 6-3 Comeback Victory over Rebels

Tuesday night hockey fun at the 'Yota with the victory win over the Red Deer Rebels.

With this 6-3 win the boys move past the Spokane Chiefs into third place in the U.S. Division.

AMS, Parker AuCoin scored the teams first power play goal of the night at 5:18 first period.

The Americans trailed by 1 going into the second.

The second period was full of good defense, but scoreless from both ends.

Red Deer Rebels, Brett David scored their third goal in the third. Red Deer Rebels with the 3-1 lead.

American, Riley Sawchuck, scored tonight's second goal extending his point streak to eight games (3G, 10A). 3-2 AMS.

2019 NHL Draft prospect, Sasha Mutala tied the game up at 5:17 in the third.

AuCoin scored his second goal of the night and the game-winning goal at 6:43.

Kyle Olson scored the insurance goal giving him his four game point streak.

Krystof Hrabik scored the empty netter.

Shots: 27-39 RD

Final score: 6-3 RD
