Victoria, BC - The Victoria Royals surged by the Kelowna Rockets 6-2, in their fourth game in five nights, and were led offensively by Kaid Oliver, who tied a career-high with two goals and two assists.

Notes:
Powerplay Precision: The Victoria Royals netted two powerplay goals in tonight's contest against the Rockets. This was the ninth time this season that the Royals have recorded a multi-goal performance on the man advantage. In those contests, they are undefeated.
Kelowna Recap: Tonight's game between the Royals and Rockets marked the two teams' final matchup this regular season. With the win, Victoria moved to 3-5-0-0 against their BC Division rival.
Career Night: With his four points (2g-2a) tonight, Royals' forward Kaid Oliver tied his career-high for points in a contest. Oliver previously accomplished this last season on December 8, 2017 when he recorded two goals and two assists in a 10-3 win over the Kootenay ICE.
Save-On Send Off: With the victory, the Royals moved to 5-1-1-1 against the Kelowna Rockets in their final matchup of a season. This was also the first time in Victoria Royals history that the two clubs have played their regular season finale at the Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre.
Streaking: Currently, two Victoria Royals are riding multi-game point streaks. Forward Kody McDonald is on a five-game point streak where he has collected five points (4g-1a). Royals' defenceman Scott Walford is in the midst of a three-game point streak, in which he has collected five assists.
Coming Up: The Royals travel to Langley on Friday to face off against the Vancouver Giants for a 7:30 p.m. showdown.
