American Hockey League Announces Suspensions

March 25, 2011 - American Hockey League (AHL) News Release


SPRINGFIELD, Mass. ... The American Hockey League today announced that Adirondack Phantoms right wing Zac Rinaldo has been suspended for three (3) games and Adirondack Phantoms defenseman Oliver Lauridsen has been suspended for two (2) games as a result of their actions in a game at Charlotte on Mar. 22.

Both players were suspended under the provisions of AHL Rule 28.1 (supplementary discipline).

Rinaldo has already served one game of his suspension. Both players will miss Adirondack's games tonight (Mar. 25) vs. Hershey and Saturday (Mar. 26) vs. Wilkes-Barre/Scranton.
