Tulsa, OK - Trailing 6-5 in the seventh, the Arkansas Travelers scored five runs in the frame to take the lead and win 10-6 over the Tulsa Drillers on Thursday night at ONEOK Field.

Every starter in both lineups reached base at least once and there were no 1-2-3 innings in the game.

Travs SS Anthony Phillips finished 4-for-5, with the fourth hit coming in the seventh as a two-run, go-ahead single to give the Travs the lead for good. The four-hit night was Phillips' first of his professional career.

Arkansas opened up the scoring in the first with an RBI single from 1B Eric Aguilera and a three-run home run to left by C Jose Briceno, his first with the Travs.

Tulsa scored six unanswered runs to take the lead, just to be countered by Arkansas.

Aguilera went 3-for-5 with two runs and the RBI, his ninth three-hit game with the Travs this season.

Both starters, LHP Jose Molina (3.2 IP) and RHP Lisalverto Bonilla (6 IP) allowed five runs and took no-decisions.

RHP DJ Johnson (W, 3-4) worked 2.1 innings and allowed a run on three hits with three walks and two strikeouts.

RHP Josh Roenicke (S, 1) became the 11th Travelers pitcher to record a save this season after throwing the final three innings of the game.

After issuing just two walks over the three-game series vs. Northwest Arkansas, Travelers pitchers walked seven and hit two batters on Thursday.

With the win, the Travs jumped back up into a tie for first place with the Northwest Arkansas Naturals with both teams at 18-16 in the second half.

The Travs and Drillers will play game two of the four-game set on Friday night at ONEOK Field. First pitch is scheduled for 7:05 p.m. This story was not subject to the approval of the National Association of Professional Baseball Leagues or its clubs.
