Alaska Aces premiere "Heartbeat to the Kelly Cup"

Alaska Aces premiere "Heartbeat to the Kelly Cup" For the first-time ever in team history, the Alaska Aces have created a half-hour program titled "Heartbeat to the Kelly Cup" to air on GCI Cable, Channel 1 beginning Monday, April 6th. The program will be air daily at 7pm and 11:00pm.
The program is a recap of the 2008/2009 Alaska Aces regular season that features some remarkable replays.
"We did it as a tribute to our fans and as a way for fans to be able to DVR the best moments of this past season. We had a lot of fans at the GCI Fan Appreciation party asking for copies of the vignette we aired that night," said Terry Parks, Managing Partner of the Alaska Aces. "We're very fortunate for GCI to broadcast an expanded version of the program."
The program will also show highlights from some of the Alaska Aces community events like the Cancer Awareness games and the recently held "Tips for Kids" benefit for the Aces Summer Youth Hockey Program, Aces 'n Blades.
Tickets for the first two games of round one of the Kelly Cup Playoffs are now on sale at the Alaska Aces Box Office, on-line at alaskaaces.com, Ticketmaster at Fred Meyer and The Sullivan Arena Box Office. The first two games are Friday, April 10 and Saturday, April 11 with the drop of the puck at 7:15p.
