Northern Arizona Suns News Release
PRESCOTT VALLEY, Ariz. - The Phoenix Suns announced Friday that they have recalled forward/center Alan Williams from the Northern Arizona Suns.
Williams was assigned to the NAZ Suns yesterday, marking his second career NBA G League assignment. Last year he played one game on assignment, posting 20 points on 7-of-14 shooting and nine rebounds against the Santa Cruz Warriors.
Williams underwent a meniscus repair of his right knee on Sept. 25, so he has yet to play in a game with the Phoenix Suns this season.
The 24-year-old has averaged 6.6 points and 5.8 rebounds in 57 career NBA games, all with Phoenix.
The Phoenix Suns next play tomorrow at 7 p.m. PT against the Golden State Warriors at Talking Stick Resort Arena.
