Andrei Plekhanov netted a pair of goals as Syracuse clinched a playoff spot with a 4-1 decision over Binghamton... 2008 AHL All-Star Joey Tenute's overtime goal propelled San Antonio to a 3-2 triumph over Milwaukee.

LOOKING AHEAD:
Three points up on Binghamton and four ahead of Bridgeport for the East Division's final playoff spot, Hershey visits the Senators on Friday and hosts the Sound Tigers on Saturday... Alexandre Giroux leads the Bears with 29 goals, 32 assists and 61 points, but he enters the weekend scoreless in consecutive games for the first time since rejoining Hershey on Feb. 26... Chris Bourque (5-5-10) and Kyle Wilson (4-6-10) each has a point in six of his last seven games for the Bears... Defenseman Josef Boumedienne, who already has an AHL-high 16-game scoring streak this season, brings a four-game run (1-6-7) into the weekend... Scott May has a five-game scoring streak (3-4-7) for the Sens, who are 4-0-1-0 in their last five home tilts... Rookie Nick Foligno has a point in five of six games (4-4-8) since returning from parent-club Ottawa... Ex-Bear Lawrence Nycholat ranks third among AHL blueliners with 48 points (12-36-48).
Hartford takes a five-game winning streak to Providence on Friday in a battle of the Eastern Conference's top two teams... The Wolf Pack's previous visit to the Dunkin' Donuts Center was a 7-5 win on Feb. 8 that saw Andrew Hutchinson tally five points... Greg Moore boasts a season-high seven-game scoring streak (5-6-11) for Hartford and shows a team-high 10 ponts (3-7-10) in six games against Providence... Second-Team AHL All-Star Pierre-Alexandre Parenteau has recorded 14 points (6-8-14) in his last seven contests... Hartford has netted at least one power-play goal in eight straight games (7-0-0-1) and ranks second overall on the man-advantage at 21.4%... First-Team AHL All-Star Pascal Pelletier places second in the AHL with 35 goals (35-35-70) for the Bruins... Matt Hendricks has three goals and six assists for nine points in his last six outings.
San Antonio, Milwaukee and Houston are all tied for third place in the West Division - two points behind second-place Rockford - heading into the season's penultimate weekend... The Rampage tangle with the Admirals on Friday and Sunday with a visit to Rockford in between, while the Aeros travel to Milwaukee on Saturday... San Antonio comes in looking for its first four-game winning streak since early November... Bill Thomas has a point in four straight games (3-2-5) and a team-high 24 goals (24-27-51) for the Rampage... Former Admiral Chris Durno has five points (2-3-5) over his last three games for San Antonio... Admirals center Cal O'Reilly ranks fifth in the league with 75 points (15-60-75), and Matt Ellison has a six-game scoring streak (5-4-9)... Milwaukee is 10-2-1-0 in its last 13 games overall and 7-1-0-0 in its last eight home tilts.
