
AHL announces suspension

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. ... The American Hockey League today announced that Houston Aeros defenseman John Scott has been suspended for three (3) games as a result of his actions during an AHL game at Peoria on Feb. 12.
Scott was assessed a game misconduct under AHL Rule 70.6 for leaving the players' bench at 8:52 of the third period.
Scott has already missed Houston's games on Feb. 13 at Chicago and Feb. 15 vs. Iowa, and will also miss Houston's game Sunday (Feb. 17) vs. Iowa.
