Aeros to host Faith Night this Sunday

November 9, 2006 - American Basketball Association (ABA)
Arkansas Aeros News Release

SPRINGDALE, Ark. - The Arkansas Aeros will host Faith Night this Sunday when they meet their sister team, the Arkansas RiverCatz, at 7:05 p.m. at the All-Star Sports Arena in Springdale.

For Faith Night, families who bring in their church bulletin from Sunday's Nov. 12th service will receive half price admission tickets for the contest. The Aeros will offer the promotion for their six remaining Sunday home games on this year's schedule.

"Our organization and the ABA understand the importance of creating a fan friendly atmosphere," said Aeros general manager Keith Newton. "This promotion is a good opportunity for families to attend games together that might not be able to during the week."

With the bulletin, adults will be admitted at the gate for $6 and children ages 5-14 for $3. Without the bulletin, game tickets are always available at www.arkansasaeros.com or at the All-Star Sports Arena an hour before tip-off. For more information, call the Aeros office at (479) 845-0460 during regular business hours.

Note: OurSports Central no longer actively covers the American Basketball Association (ABA) as a professional league due in part to its inability to publish and play a schedule and the transitory nature of many of its teams.
