Aeros and Fisher Cats Rained Out

Manchester, NH - Inclement weather forced the cancellation of Thursday's Akron Aeros game against the New Hampshire Fisher Cats at Northeast Delta Dental Stadium.
Because the teams are not scheduled to play again during the regular season, the game will not be made up. After the Aeros swept the Cats last week at Canal Park, each team won once in the abbreviated two-game series in Manchester.
Akron (32-33) is currently three games out of first place in the EL West. The Aeros have won seven of the last 10 games.
The Aeros will move north to Portland, Maine, on Friday night at 7:00, to begin the second leg of the road trip. RHP Brett Brach (3-2, 4.54) will start for the Aeros, while RHP Keith Couch (4-2, 4.43) will get the ball for the Sea Dogs.
