FORT MILL, S.C. - May 4, 2007 - Pitcher Carlos Vasquez has been added to the Charlotte Knights roster. Vasquez, 24, has been with Chicago's Double-A team, the Birmingham Barons this season. The left hander has appeared in 11 games, going 0-0, with 2 saves and a 1.23 ERA. Vasquez was acquired in a trade with the Chicago Cubs this past off-season along with pitcher David Aardsma for pitcher Neal Cotts.
