Kannapolis, NC - The Kannapolis Intimidators are geared up for a weekend of fun and excitement as they host a four-game series against the Lake County Captains. The home-stand will feature the following events:
Thursday, April 24, will start off the home stand against the Captains introducing Ringling Brothers & Barnum & Bailey Circus Night. This will include circus ticket giveaways, free clown noses to the first 1,000 fans and two clowns to entertain the crowd throughout the night. Also on Thursday the Intimidators will present Name That TV Theme Night, two dollar tickets for college students with ID, Thirsty Thursday and information from apartments around the area. The game will begin at 7:05.
Friday, April 25, will be another fun night at Fieldcrest Cannon Stadium. Mascot Mania will theme Friday's events with special guest mascots appearing throughout the game. Other activities that night will include a free team photo and a free game voucher provided to the first 1,000 fans, ALS Night, NC Education Lottery Night, and City of Kannapolis Night. The game will begin at 7:05.
Saturday, April 26, will continue the weekend festivities with post-game fireworks sponsored by Freightliner-UAW, Military Appreciation Night with discounted tickets to all military personnel, Salute to Dr. Bryant Night and Great Clips Night. This game will also begin at 7:05.
Sunday, April 27, will end the four-game home stand against the Captains featuring Kid Nation Night. This event will give kids with the opportunity to help run the stadium and learn about team operations. Sunday also includes Family Fun Day with Pre-game Autograph Session and post-game Kids Run The Bases. The game will begin at 5:05.
